i can’t believe how badly they trained the new traders they are completely unwittingly mislead and on top of that i can’t believe how owner then try’s to be a big boss man and call them names!
@fhills76 I`ve been through the worst, m8!. I struggled a lot and yet kept losing. Even after years of experience if someone is performing bad like i did, they should really quit, even though many say “don`t quit!”. I am working on a super intelligent strategy. It`s been over 2 years and yet i haven`t been able to complete it as other activities froze me. But once it proves successful, i will re-enter. Don`t lose hope!. Good luck to you too!.

I have taken a $25 to a staggering $1,500+ trading GBPJPY in just less than 2 weeks, then lose all of it. It repeated many times until my net loss grew to the massive amounts i made. After suffering 2 years of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as an outcome of trading, I feel i don`t have the confidence to trade anymore. Imagine if you made a $1000 in 2 days and on the 3rd day, you see a 5 minute candle eat all of it. I`ve seen it through… I stopped trading but haven`t really quit…
i love how im still only paper trading and im noticing their mistakes haha. They need to learn the basics before they go in. I wouldnt be trading on news! God atleast wait for a trend to develop, and make a small profit.
Ha! I got all-in on silver couple years ago and I’m doing great!
I made ~300% profit when I sold some 2009-bought silver last april-may and invested it back in the summer. I’m still waiting for the next rise to again take advantage and cash in, before buying some more.
After next rise and dip I’m going to hold on to my metals and ride the tide to the very end. I’m going to sell when I can afford to buy a house, a new car and two years worth of food and energy. That’s all I need from silver.
I only see that they trade based on fundamental not technical that´s why they are lossing see the charts not the numbers base your trade on what the markets is moving not the numbers
@qwertypluss yes but i trade for myself…they punch it everytime they made a trade then went in and told him what they did as he put it on his desk…now hes aware of their gains and losses and can tell them to get the heck out if they arent doing it themselves its his responsibility as a boss to keep the team profitable
@qwertypluss its a punch clock it shows the trades and the time they executed it so they can track the performance of each individual trader. rather than punishing the whole team for a trade one person made they can pinpoint it
